Refund Policy
If you believe any goods supplied are faulty or inconsistent with your order, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Upon receiving your notification, we will undertake an assessment and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method and is typically processed within 5–10 business days.
